my real estate philosophy
Buying or Selling a home can be one of the most stressful periods in anyone's life. As your realtor® it is my responsibility to get you the answers and information that you need quickly so you can make a decision based on the facts. I know that making a major purchase is not a decision to be taken lightly. That is why I make myself available whenever you need. This way I can answer your questions when you need them answered. I work very hard to provide you with the information that you need to make an informed real estate decision.
In any type of sales situation there is a perception that the salesman is trying to pressure you to buy. The truth is that as a buyers agent I am not going to try and sell you on a particular property. My job is to provide you information so you can make an informed decision. I won't pressure you to bid on a property and I will work for you to get you the best possible price. I don't like it when people try to push or pressure me into making a major purchase. So I can't imagine anyone else would enjoy it either. High pressure tactics just aren't my style.
My Personal Experience
I built my own home - starting from the purchase of the ground, the acquisition of the construction loan, the hiring and scheduling of subs, the cleaning and maintainence of the property during the building stage, to the final screw in the kitchen cabinets. I have been through the procedure for myself and have helped a number of clients achieve the dream of building their own home. I can provide you with the quality service that you need if you would rather build than purchase a resale property.

Why Colorado
I came to Colorado in 1987 to attend the University of Denver and haven't looked back. I am originally from Niskayuna, New York - a small town just outside of Albany. I enjoyed growing up there but, I couldn't believe how beautiful Colorado was when I got here. The most astonishing thing that I realized was that the sun actually came out more than 5 times a month in Colorado. Wow! What a revelation that was. I've enjoyed Colorado immensely over the years and can't imagine living anywhere else.
Why Real Estate
It is really a rewarding experience to help people with their real estate needs. Every situation is different, so it is impossible to get bored. It is actually a lot of fun! It is also great to meet and get to know so many different and interesting people. Challenging, exciting and fun sums it up for me! I've helped over 200 families with their real estate needs and look forward to the next 200.
